The Confederation of Construction Specialists was founded in 1983 by the late John Huxtable. He started the Confederation with the dream of abolishing onerous subcontract terms and unfair practices while improving the standing of Construction Specialists in the industry..

Here we are 25 years on and still fighting the same battles. There are many accomplishments to our credit but there is still a long way to go. Now is the time to take stock, celebrate what has been achieved and move forward.

THE VENUE

Henley in Arden Golf and Country Club

Henley in Arden Golf and Country club is situated in the heart of Warwickshire countryside, yet only a short drive from the M40 and M42. The golf course opened in 1994, and since then has matured well. It is situated on a hillside overlooking the historic town of Henley in Arden and provides a fair test to all handicappers.

In the spirit of celebration it was decided to hold a golf competition on the 9-hole par three course, which is very good for your short game.

Please register your interest in this event as soon as possible as there are limited places available and the golf competition requires prior organisation.

For those of you who have never played golf but have always thought you might like to ’have a go’ , arrangements have been made for a small group to have one hour’s tuition with the club’s golf pro.
