Conditions

1. All course fees are payable in full at time of reservation unless agreed otherwise.

2. A refund of 80% of the amount of fees paid will be made in the event of receipt of written cancellation at least THREE weeks prior to the date of the course. No refund can be made on cancellation thereafter.

3. Substitution of delegates (from the same company/firm) can be made at any time prior to the start of the course.

4. All course documentation is provided solely for the private training and study purposes of individual delegates. Copyright is reserved in all material prepared by the Institute of Construction Specialists.

5. The IOCS reserves the right to make any alterations to course arrangements necessitated by circumstances beyond its control.
