Specialist Construction Contracts
The Diploma was introduced in 1997 and has rightly gained the reputation as being the best and most relevant scheme to the personal development of individuals and for specialist companies looking to ensure that their staff gain total contractual knowledge at a level relevant to their day to day operations.
To earn the Diploma candidates are required to attend seven days of training

Introduction to Contracts Supervising and Managing Specialist Construction Work Payment Claims and Disputes Specialist Sub Contract Management (3 days) |
Diploma candidates must complete satisfactorily written project work which is set after each day of training as well as an Assessment Test following the completion of Course No 5. The aim of the Diploma is to provide, test and certify a sound and comprehensive level of contractual knowledge and understanding, related specifically to the work of specialist construction companies
To be awarded the Diploma Certificate a pass mark of not less than 70% in the Assessment Test is required of each candidate. In addition a pass mark of 95% and above is awarded with a special Commendation Certificate. There is no set time period in which candidates have to complete all five courses, but it is strongly recommended they do so within a period of twelve months
Diploma candidates benefit from a special and very advantageous combined fee, including all seven days of training, all documentation, marking of project works and the Assessment Test and award of the Diploma Certificate.
