For use as a secondary sub contract (or "sub sub contract"), on the frequent occasions when a first stage sub contractor (ie primary sub contractor) wishes to further sub contract part of the work to a secondary sub contractor (or "sub subcontractor").
The Gold Form aims to pass the key obligations and entitlements of the primary sub contract down the contractual chain into the secondary sub contract, and to establish an equitable and reasonable contractual link between the primary sub contractor and the secondary sub contractor.
The Gold Form is suitable for use with any form of (primary) sub contract.
