Admissions RulesEntrance requirements:
Graduate Grade (GIOCS)
1. IOCS Diploma; or 3 years experience with a specialist construction company, or supply company, plus IOCS examination; or at the discretion of the Institute’s Council, another external qualification demonstrating wide knowledge of contract law applicable to the construction industry.
2. Paper of at least 2000 words describing how the contractual knowledge gained in the Diploma or other qualifications should be applied to the Applicant’s current position in order to improve their contractual performance.
Note: the maximum length of Graduate Grade membership is 15 years.
