Form of Tertiary Sub Contract
- Ivory Form
For use as a tertiary sub contract on the frequent occasions
when a secondary sub contractor (who is working as a “sub
sub contractor” to a primary sub contractor) wishes to further
sub contract part of his work package to a tertiary sub
contractor.
The Ivory Form passes on the key obligations and entitlements
down the contractual chain into the tertiary sub contract,
and to establish an equitable and reasonable contractual
link between the secondary sub contractor and the tertiary
sub contractor. The Ivory Form is directly compatible with
the Gold Form and is also suitable for use with any other
form of secondary sub contract.
