Environmental Technology Limited, which commenced trading over 35 years ago, specialises in the design development, manufacture, and installation of a   wide range of internal and external architectural building products.

Starting from design concept, the company has developed an impressive range of products, generally fabricated from stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel, and has extensive in-house cad/cam, fabrication and metal finishing facilities, providing its design team with a comprehensive range of options when developing the solution to a design brief. 

The   Entech   design   and   manufacturing expertise includes Structural, Acoustic, and Mechanical Services disciplines and covers products such as suspended external walkways and sun louvres, rainscreen and feature cladding, geometric integrated ceilings, internal casings and cladding, light reflectors, diffusers and lighting systems, aluminium and stainless steel seating units, stainless steel flooring, together with the design of supporting structures necessary for integration into the total building system manufacturing  facilities include a wide range of structural steelwork and sheetmetalwork fabrication technologies, together with in-house finishing in Polyester Powdercoat (PPc), PVF2 and other resin derivatives.

Packages totalling £10 million including the design, manufacture, and installation of the Platform Lighting and Services Support System, installed on 13 Platforms, to a total length of more than 4500 metres (4.5km), in 57 no. spans, the system being supported by high-tensile cables in catenary between fabricated tee-shaped steel support structures forming the Platform Information Points (PIP’s), the cables carrying suspended tubular trusses spanning up to 56 metres between the PIP’s, the fabricated steelwork totalling more than 400 tonnes, incorporating platform lighting, public address units, passenger information signage, and services equipment, together with curved stainless steel cladding and access doors to the PIP’s, and flat stainless steel cladding and custom-designed stop button casings to Escalators and Travelators.
