CreditSafe
CreditSafe is a product we at the Confederation subscribe to as a benefit for our Members. It enables you to look up any company registered in the British Isles, and view a concise report before entering into work or a contract with that company.
The Reports contain:

Company Information. This includes company name, trading name, full address, telephone and fax numbers, web address, deatils of mortgages & shareholders funds and a description of what that company do.

Accounts. This includes profit and loss statements, balance sheets, profit ratios and details on capital and reserves.

Rating and Limit. This is a rating that CreditSafe has devised based on the information available. It is scored out of a possible 100, 100 being the highest. There is also an advised credit limit based on the companies accounts and ccj's.

CCJ's. This includes information on any ccj's the company has had, even if they are not still outstanding.

Group Structure. This shows the companies whole group structure.

Event History. This gives details of any changes within the company, e.g. changes in directorship , new account and annual returns.

Directors. This shows details of all the current directors. It gives their name, address, date of birth, present appointments, appointment date and function(i.e. Director, Company Secretary etc.)
